CONTRACT AGREEMENT SIGN ON PROCESS:

Our goal in the sign-on process is to complete the requirements within the time it takes to get the drug screen result. An expeditious process is only possible when complete and accurate information is received and verified. The following steps will insure the Independent Contractor Application is processed expeditiously and accurately:

  • Complete all the documents in this page. Make sure all parts are completed and all gaps in history accounted for.
  • MVR, background check, work experience/history will be requested once the application is received.
  • Email copies of all documents completely filled out by clicking on the button below.



Qualifications


  • At least 21 years of age
  • No Felonies on criminal record
  • Must have or willing to get TWIC card
  • 2 years verifiable over the road driving experience
  • Must be able to pass Drug Test and DOT physical
  • No more than 2 minor moving violations
  • No accidents on MVR


Any failure to report information requested or any falsification or willful omission of pertinent facts of information on the independent Contractor Application and any other required forms is serious and will be cause for immediate termination of further consideration in establishing a contractual relationship with Scheiron Transportation, Inc.
